Having trouble getting hot air out of your Chevelle heater system other than on high speed? Most likely your blower motor resistor has gone bad. This little fiberglass board uses a series of progressive resistors to regulate the motors speed throughout the switch range. The highest speed of the heater blower motor is not controlled by the resistor; so when the resistor fails, the fan will often work on the highest speed setting and not the lower speeds. Don’t put up with a cab that’s to hot or to cold. After all, you’re not Goldilocks. Ecklers Chevelle and Malibu knows that sometimes just a little heat does the job. Trust the experts not only to get your Chevelle running right; but, make it comfortable to be in.
