NOTE: This cable fits all Chevelles from 1968-72 and this style of grommet was on the cable from the factory. This cable was replaced in 1973 with the same style cable with a triangular shaped grommet which screwed to the floor with three screws. If the cable broke in your Chevelle, it was replaced with this later style cable and is not correct for 1968-72.
